Over the last 20 years, she has trained directly with best in the field, such as Paul Mckenna, Dr Richard Bandler and John Grinder with the enabling her to become an accredited NLP and Hypnotherapy practitioner.

She has set up Harley Street Consulting because she believes that people’s emotional well-being is the key to leading, healthy and happy lives. She offers a solution-focused approach to behavioural change and emotional well-being. She has a clinic in Maidenhead and in Harley Street London and helps clients to establish a range of behavioural change including things like stopping smoking, managing anxiety and stress, losing weight and improving their personal and professional performance.
