    • We currently run two types of live webinars – we have our weekday evening courses which are informative group-learning lectures with interactive elements. These tend to last between 2 – 2.5 hours long. We also have our masterclass events which take place over two Saturday mornings where we welcome up to 8 renowned speakers offering a variety of talks with interactive elements. These events tend to count for 8 -10 hours of CPD.
    • We also run on-demand courses which provide you with the ability to access over our online courses from the past few years, on a variety of topics from sports injuries to gut health to mental health. You can access these courses at your convenience.
    • Our events provide plenty of opportunities to interact and network with the speakers and your colleagues. The clinical content is current and relevant; accessible to a wide range of practitioners.
For webinars, our course costs include access to to the webinar room, (via email), an extended Q&A session, and the recording of the course to take away with you afterwards. Our course costs include admission to the course, access to the speaker's presentation (where available), light refreshments for an evening course and full refreshments on a day course & Certificate of Attendance. If we are given permission by the speaker, we also email out a digital copy of the notes before a course.
We work with a variety of healthcare practitioners, all of whom are specialised experts in their field. The content of each course is carefully compiled, with the most relevant information to help you learn about the latest developments in diagnosis and management of generic and specific conditions.

We have courses for both healthcare professionals and those who are generally interested in learning about health. Although our professional course content is particularly aimed at allied health professionals, anyone who is interested to learn is more than welcome to attend. Do get in touch with us via email or call if you have any questions about how the course will be pitched / course content.
You can book online through our website. Just find the course you like the look of and click the ‘add to basket’ button. Alternatively, if you would like to book over the phone, give us a call on 0207 042 1899 and we would be happy to help with this.
  • In order for you to access our online community – where you can watch you live or on-demand courses, download your certificate and watch recordings of the events – we need your email address.
  • We also need to know your full name and job title to ensure that your certificate is correct.
  • We ask for your address for billing and because if you sign up to our marketing emails, we want to make sure we only send you information about upcoming courses in your area when we restart our face-to-face events.
Absolutely – just let us know by calling 0207 042 1899 or emailing develop@oryon.co.uk as soon as you can, telling us who will be attending instead of you so that we can amend our registration list and ensure your colleague’s certificate is correct.
We are always looking to expand our range of courses, do get in touch if you have any tips about where you think we should expand to next.
We appreciate all feedback on course topics that you are looking to see, so do let us know if there are any courses you would like to see in the future and we shall do our best to make it happen. New courses are being added to our website all the time so do keep checking back or join our mailing list to stay updated. Just click the icon in the bottom right to sign up.
Of course, as per our terms and conditions, if you cancel:
  • More than 2 weeks before the event: full refund or credit note
  • 8-14 days before the event: 50% refund or full credit note
  • 7 days or less before the event: we are not able to offer any refund / course transfer
Since our webinars are recorded, you will be able to catch up at your convivence so it if not necessary to cancel your place on the course if you are unable to attend live.
At the moment, all our upcoming courses are being run online, as webinars. Here is how they work, and what they'll include:  
      • Joining the event:
        1. Log into your account on our online community here.
        2. Find the relevant course under ‘My live courses’ on your Oryon Develop dashboard (with a blue header).
        3. Select ‘Join Live’ and the course will open in a new browser.
        4. Please note you will need the password as well to watch the webinar – this can be found above the ‘Join Live’ button.
        5. You will also receive two emails - one 24 hours before the course and one 1 hour before, both with the link to the online community and a direct link to the webinar with the password.
     
      • During the event - In the webinar 'room' you'll be able to see the speaker(s) deliver their course, live, and you'll also be able to see their presentation. There is a chat box, where you can leave your questions for the speaker to answer during the Q&A sessions at the end of each part of the talk.
     
      • No technical stuff needed - You do not need to connect a microphone or a video camera for these webinars. You won't be able to see or hear other attendees. You can watch from your computer, laptop, iPad, or phone.
     
      • Group learning - These webinars count as group learning, because we make them interactive and you can engage with the speaker and with other attendees in the chat box.
     
    • Recording of the event -  You will be able to access your recording of the event from the Develop dashboard on your online community. Simply follow the steps below:
      1. Log into your account on our online community here.
      2. Find the relevant course under ‘My live courses’ on your Oryon Develop dashboard (with a blue header).
      3. Select ‘Watch’ and the course will open in a new browser.
You can watch the webinar from any mobile devices that has access to the App Store or Google Play. To do this:
  1. Download 'ClickMeeting' from Google Play or the Apple App Store
  2. Go to your reminder email from us and click on the link to join
  3. Select ' open with mobile APP', enter your name & the webinar password from your email
If the problem is from our side (ie. if ClickMeeting has had a fault) we get notified by their status updates so we would investigate the issue and we have workarounds in place.
If you are on a mobile device please check the following:
  1. Make sure your internet connection is strong enough and everything is working properly with your WiFi router
  2. Move closer to your WiFi router
  3. If you are able to, you may need to try switching to mobile data in your settings if your WiFi connection is not strong enough (your network may charge you if you go over your data allowance, so double check this first)
Please ensure you are viewing the meeting on the ‘ClickMeeting’ app by doing the following:
  1. Download 'ClickMeeting' from Google Play or the Apple App Store – avoid using your device’s browser as it may not work properly
  2. Go to your reminder email from Oryon and click on the link to join
  3. Select ' open with mobile APP', enter your name & the webinar password from your email.
If the problem is from our side (ie. if ClickMeeting has had a fault) we get notified by their status updates so we would investigate the issue and we have workarounds in place.
Yes, everyone can change their own settings to however they like! Play around and adjust the settings to suit you:
  • You can click ‘full screen’ at the top to make your window bigger.
  • You can move the AV pod (the video of the speaker and host) around the slides by clicking and dragging it, or you can click the ‘Dock’ button on the bottom right of the AV pod and this will move it over to the top right above the chat box if you are on a computer/laptop.
  • You can make the slides bigger or smaller and hide the chat box on the right by clicking the arrows between the chat box and the slides.
  • If you need to change your sound/volume settings, adjust them on your actual computer or mobile device.
Feel free to ask questions for the Q&A by typing in the chat box and get involved with the polls by voting!
Please try going through the following steps if you are on a computer/laptop:
  1. Make sure you are viewing the webinar with Google Chrome as your browser (you may need to download it if you don’t already have it), then copy and paste the link from your reminder email into the Chrome URL.
  2. Make sure your internet connection is strong enough and everything is working properly with your WiFi router – try moving closer to your router or use an ethernet cable directly from your router into your computer/laptop.
  3. Try closing other applications and tabs open on your computer.
  4. Try refreshing the page (right click the very top of the window and select ‘reload’, or exit completely and click the ‘Join Live’ button from your dashboard again).
  5. Unmute your actual computer settings or turn your volume up.
  6. Unmute your browser tab
  7. Log out completely from the webinar and log back in again (click the X and then click the link in your email again).
  8. Switch your device off and then back on again.
One of our team will be on hand to help you out in the webinar – please click the hand symbol on the bottom right of the chat box and you will see one of our names pop up in a private message at the top of the chat box to help resolve the issue. If all else fails, please know that you will be able to watch the recording sent out the following day after each event. If the problem is from our side (ie. if ClickMeeting has had a fault) we get notified by their status updates so we would investigate the issue and we have workarounds in place.
If you are on a computer/laptop please:
  1. Make sure you have a strong enough internet connection and your WiFi router is working properly
    • Try moving closer to your WiFi router
    • Try plugging an ethernet cable straight from your router into your computer
  2. Make sure you are using Google Chrome as your browser to open the webinar (you may need to download it if you don’t already have it), then copy and paste the link from your reminder email into the Chrome URL
  3. Make sure your internet connection is strong enough and everything is working properly with your WiFi router – try moving closer to your router or use an ethernet cable directly from your router into your computer/laptop
  4. Try closing other applications and tabs open on your computer
  5. Refreshing the page (right click the very top of the window and select ‘reload’, or exit completely and click the link the ‘Join Live’ button on your dashboard again)
  6. Logging out completely from the webinar and logging back in again (click the X and then click the link in your email again)
  7. Switching your device off and then back on again
  8. Try switching to a mobile device instead
If you are on a mobile device (eg. iPad, tablet, mobile phone):
  1. Make sure your internet connection is strong enough and everything is working properly with your WiFi router
    • Move closer to your WiFi router
    • If you are able to, you may need to try switching to mobile data in your settings if your WiFi connection is not strong enough (your network may charge you if you go over your data allowance, so double check this first)
  2. Make sure you are viewing on the ‘ClickMeeting’ app
    • Download 'ClickMeeting' from Google Play or the Apple App Store – avoid using your device’s browser as it may not work properly
    • Go to your reminder email from Oryon and click on the link to join
    • Select ' open with mobile APP', enter your name & the webinar password from your email.
  3. If all else fails, please know that you will be able to watch the recording sent out the following day after each event

Yes, we record all our webinars, and the recording can be accessed from your online community dashboard one working day after the course. If you are a clinician you can also download your CPD certificate from the dashboard too, simply click on ‘certificate’. If you are a member of the public or a clinician booked onto a free public course, you will receive a certificate but this will not count CPD points.   We offer our courses on-demand now, so you can purchase a course one week after it has been delivered live.
We encourage those who can make it to the live webinars to attend so that you can ask questions during the live Q&A, join in on polls, interactivities and learn in a group setting. However, you don’t have to attend, you can catch up with the recording if you miss any of it. Our recordings are sent out the next working day to everyone booked on. You will also receive your CPD certificate the next day if you are a clinician. If you are a member of the public you will not receive a certificate.
To watch your on-demand course simply following the below steps:
  • Log into your account on our online community here
  • Find the relevant course under ‘My on-demand courses’ in your Oryon Develop dashboard (with a blue header).
  • Select ‘Watch’ and the course will open in a new browser.
  • Speaker slides can be accessed via this page, however please note slides are shared at the speaker’s discretion so they may be unavailable.
To access your certificate please follow the above process for accessing the course and instead of clicking ‘watch’ please click ‘certificate’ which can be found below the course title.
If you are having issues with your sound please follow the below steps:
  • Make sure you are viewing the webinar with Google Chrome as your browser (you may need to download it if you don’t already have it), then copy and paste the link from your reminder email into the Chrome URL.
  • Make sure your internet connection is strong enough and everything is working properly with your WiFi router – try moving closer to your router or use an ethernet cable directly from your router into your computer/laptop.

To access speakers slides on-demand simply following the below steps:
  • Log into your account on our online community here
  • Find the relevant course under ‘My on-demand courses’ in your Oryon Develop dashboard (with a blue header).
  • Select ‘Watch’ and the course will open in a new browser.
  • Click on the button underneath the video which says ‘Download speaker slides’.
Please note, slides are shared at the speaker’s discretion so they may be unavailable for certain courses.
To access your CPD certificate from an on-demand course please follow the below steps:
  • Once you have watched the course click on the tick box underneath the video that says ‘I can confirm I have watched the course’.
  • A button will appear underneath the video to say download certificate, you can then click on this button to get your certificate.
Alternatively you can access your certificate through following steps:
  • Log into your account on our online community here
  • Find the relevant course under ‘My on-demand courses’ in your Oryon Develop dashboard (with a blue header).
  • Select ‘certificate’ underneath the course and the certificate will open in a separate tab.
All certificates are available on your online account by 9:30am the day after the course. In order to download your certificate:
  • Log into your online Connect account.
  • From your Develop Dashboard find the attended course you want your certificate for
  • Please leave feedback for the course, after which you will be able to download your certificate.
Any difficulties, just give us a ring and we will be happy to help.
