Mr Alagappan Sivaraman is a full-time private Consultant Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon.
Dr Daya Ashok is a Consultant Rheumatologist based at the Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust
Mr Paul Chatrath is a Consultant ENT Surgeon with specialist interests in nose and sinus problems, allergy, cosmetic nasal deformities, children’s ENT disorders and snoring.

Dr Athreya has a particular interest in dermatology, minor surgery and advanced aesthetic procedures, from wrinkle reducing injections and facial fillers to skin peels, threadlifts and microneedling. He completed the Diploma in Dermatology at Cardiff University in 2014, passing with distinction. He also achieved the Professional BTEC Award for Laser and Aesthetic Therapies in 2015. Dr Athreya has a keen interest in age management and preventative medicine.

Consultant ENT Surgeon | Essex
Paul Chatrath graduated from Cambridge University and The London Hospital Medical College with distinctions in three subjects and Proxime Accessit to the University of London Gold Medal.
He completed his ENT surgical training in London and after passing the Final FRCS examination he now holds a substantive NHS consultant post at Charing Cross & St Mary’s Hospitals (Imperial Healthcare NHS Trust), London. He is also Visiting Professor in Rhinology at Canterbury Christ Church University, Kent.
Mr Chatrath’s specialist interests include nose and sinus problems, allergy, cosmetic nasal deformities, children’s ENT disorders and snoring. He has a particular interest in balloon sinuplasty for the non-invasive management of sinus disease, minimally invasive pinnaplasty, titanium nasal implants for a blocked nose and complex nasal and cosmetic reconstructions.
He offers a professional sympathetic service and without fail strives to give the best possible quality of care to all his patients both in his NHS and private practices.
In his spare time Mr Chatrath enjoys collecting wine, Greek and Indian cooking and using his rowing machine to try and keep fit.

Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon | London & South East
Mr Sivaraman is a full-time private consultant orthopaedic spinal surgeon. He specialises in spinal surgery with a main interest in degenerative disorders of the spine including back and neck pain.
Mr Sivaraman had fellowship training in the treatment of spinal deformity, inflammatory spinal pathologies (rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis), degenerative conditions of the neck and lower back, spinal tumours and infections eg spinal tuberculosis.
He strongly believes in the active conservative management of various degenerative disorders with a team approach. As such he routinely offers various spinal injections including facet blocks, medial branch blocks, nerve blocks and radiofrequency rhizotomies.
During his training Mr Sivaraman worked as a visiting spinal fellow in Germany, the United States and India. He completed his spinal fellowship training at Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital and at The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore, Middlesex under both orthopaedic and spinal neurosurgeons.
Mr Sivaraman worked as a consultant orthopaedic and spinal surgeon at Bart’s and The Royal London Hospital until late 2011. Now practising in the independent sector, he does continue to provide an NHS e-referral service for the management of back and neck pain patients.
He is the author of a spinal chapter in a medical text book and has published papers and routinely presented at various international conferences and meetings. Mr Sivaraman is part of faculty higher specialty training courses (FRCS Orth) in the UK and abroad.

Dr Ashok completed her undergraduate and postgraduate study in General Medicine in India and came to the UK in 2000. She did her senior house officer training mainly in and around London and completed her MRCP in 2002. She completed her training in Rheumatology and General Medicine from Oxford Deanery in 2008.
Dr Ashok was appointed to the Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust, Chelmsford in July 2017 as a substantive Consultant Rheumatologist.
Before moving to Chelmsford, for 9 years she was a substantive Consultant Rheumatologist at County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust, Durham. She was leading the Early Arthritis Service in her NHS Trust.
Dr Ashok has a special interest in Early arthritis, Connective tissue disease and wide range of Musculoskeletal disorders.
She also has expertise in treating conditions such as Soft tissue rheumatism, Osteoarthritis, Neck and Back pain, Carpal Tunnel syndrome, Osteoporosis, gout, polymyalgia rheumatic, temporal arteritis and chronic pain syndromes/Fibromyalgia.

Dr Alice Scott graduated from University College London. Following graduation, she has studied extensively gaining the Diplomas of Child Health, and Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare. In recognition of her successful performance in the Membership exams for the Royal College of General Practitioners she was awarded the Mid-Wessex Excellence Award.
Dr Scott offers all aspects of care in General Practice and health screening. She has an interest in Women’s Health, including the management of the menopause, and can provide a full range of contraceptive options. In addition, she performs minor surgery, treats hyperhidrosis and gives wrinkle reducing injections.
