Susan Lamb

Susan is a qualified UK lawyer specialising in compliance for a large global multinational company. She also leads the “Care in Legal” programme for the global Legal Function (comprising 1200 staff) which aims to raise awareness of the importance of good mental health and wellbeing and embed a culture of care for all. Last year she was awarded the prestigious Legal Leadership award for developing and implementing the programme. 

She is passionate about creating a culture that supports mental health and believes we should all “thrive not just survive”. She is a Champion for the charity Lawcare that supports mental health and wellbeing in the Legal Community and a qualified NLP Coach and NLP practitioner. She is also a certified hypnotherapist. She has a Masters in Science from London University and has a keen interest in neuroscience and positive psychology. She lives in London with her husband and 2 children and enjoys keeping fit by running and cycling (and skiing when she can!)
