Using the portal makes everything simple and secure, allowing you to upload your referral, book and pay for appointments online, and keep track of upcoming visits in one place. You can easily view and download your scan images, access your radiology report as soon as it’s ready, and securely share results with your healthcare professional, all without the need for phone calls or paperwork.

For new patients
If you have an existing referral, you will be asked to upload it and complete a few details that enable us to identify you correctly.
If you don’t have an existing referral we can help you with this and offer you a ‘Fast-track referral’ with one of our qualified healthcare practitioners.
For previous or existing patients
If you have had a scan with us before you will need to log in and you will be guided through the process to upload a new referral or get a Fast-track referral.
If you have already had your scan, you can log in to view your images, access your report or see future appointments.

Don’t have a referral yet?
If you don’t have a referral, we can help. Our Fast-track referral service connects you with a qualified healthcare professional who can review your symptoms and, if appropriate, provide a referral quickly and safely.
Accessing your results
Once your scan has been completed, you’ll be able to view your images and access your radiology report securely through the Portal. Reports are typically available within 24 hours.

FAQs about downloading and viewing results
Sign in using the email address we contacted you on.
If you haven’t set a password yet, you can use that same email to access your account.
Once signed in, you’ll see your Oryon Imaging Dashboard.
Under Latest updates, click View to open your referral.
Scroll down to the section labelled Results and click View images.
A window will open showing your scan results. For each scan, you’ll see two options:
We recommend View images if you just want to see them on screen.
If you choose Download images, you’ll be asked to confirm.
Click Download and allow a few minutes for the files to save.
If this is your first download, your browser may ask you to confirm that you trust the source — simply select Allow or Confirm to continue.
Your images will download as a single zip file.
You can now securely share this file with your GP, consultant, physiotherapist or hospital.

Your referring clinician will be able to view your images and report. No one else can access your records.
If you forget your login details, simply use the password reset option on the sign-in page or contact our team for support.
