Susan is a regulatory specialist and solicitor with an impressive track-record in leadership, management, and regulation gained within high-profile professional services, not-for-profit and regulatory organisations. A politically astute and respected advocate, influencer and negotiator, Susan focuses on the delivery of exceptional results.

Susan has built an exceptional reputation in the regulatory world. For eight years she was the CEO and Clerk of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal. She was the dispute resolution manager for Sport Resolutions (UK), running the UK’s National Anti-Doping Panel. Susan is the current Chair of the Taxation Disciplinary Board and an independent lay panellist for the government agency, the Teaching Regulation Agency. In July 2020 she was appointed by the Lord Chancellor to the Tribunal Procedure Committee, responsible for drafting rules for the First and Upper Tier Tribunals.
