Dr Kandasamy has been a diagnostic and intervention neuroradiology consultant since 2009 at King’s college hospital, one of the country’s leading and reputed neuro-sciences centres. He does most aspects of Brain and spine imaging with particular interest in neuro-oncology (Brain tumour) imaging, stroke (imaging and treatment) and neurovascular (brain aneurysm, brain / spinal cord vascular malformations) imaging and their treatment. Dr Kandasamy routinely offers consultation for patients with brain and spinal cord vascular abnormalities for discussion and treatment under a joint neurovascular multidisciplinary (neuroradiology, neurosurgery and neurology) set up. Dr Kandasamy lectures extensively both within the UK and abroad.
