He practiced medicine in Ireland, Iraq and Brazil before settling in London. He works both in the NHS and privately, Dr O’Flynn is an experienced family doctor, with 40 plus yrs on the job. He takes a keen interest in his own and others Wellness. He also lectures on the benefits of Intermittent Fasting both in the UK and abroad. He runs a fasting retreat in Cumuruxatiba, Bahia, Brazil. He has been doing this for the last 10 years. He has done some original stem cell research on fasting.
