This group is made up of several of London's top spinal specialists. Together they are able to offer a multitude of perspectives on spinal disorders.

Mr Bob Chatterjee is Chief of Spinal Surgery at The Hospital of St John’s & St Elizabeth's and Chief of Spinal Surgery at Highgate Private Hospital. He is also Clinical Director of Harley Street Spine.

Dr Serge Nikolic offers an individually-tailored, holistic service that includes interventional pain management, analgesia optimisation and comprehensive rehabilitation and psychological support when appropriate.

Mr Paul Chatrath is a Consultant ENT Surgeon whose specialist interests include nose and sinus problems, allergy, cosmetic nasal deformities, children’s ENT disorders and snoring. 

Dr Roger Wolman is Consultant in Rheumatology and Sport & Exercise Medicine at The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore.

Dr Usamah Jannoun's private practice focuses around specialist assessment and treatment for back pain, musculoskeletal conditions, and sports related injuries

Mr Mohammed Ahmed is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in degenerative conditions of the spine, spinal deformity, trauma, infections and tumours of the spine.

Mr Bob Chatterjee is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, Chief of Spinal Surgery at The Hospital of St John’s & St Elizabeth's and Spinal Development Lead at The London Clinic. He is also Clinical Director of Harley Street Spine.

Consultant In Rheumatology And Sports Medicine | London

Dr Wolman worked at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital for over 20 years as an NHS Consultant in Rheumatology and Sport & Exercise Medicine. During this time he developed wide experience in the management of patients with Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Fibromyalgia and Back pain. He also set up and ran a Sport and Exercise Medicine clinic.

Dr Wolman has worked for the British Olympic Association treating athletes from many different sports. He has also worked with several professional football clubs. He is currently the medical advisor to the National Institute of Dance Medicine and Science and has looked after several dance companies over the last 15 years. He uses exercise prescription alongside other treatments to help his patients recover from injury.

Dr Wolman strongly believes in holistic care and works as part of a multi-disciplinary team. His work has involved research on the health benefits of exercise in the management of many chronic conditions including Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Chronic Pain, and Hypermobility. He works closely with physiotherapists and other therapists, including complementary therapists, to optimise the outcomes and health benefits of his patients. He also works closely with orthopaedic surgeons to optimise the treatment choices for his patients.

Consultant In Sports And Excercise Medicine | London

Dr Jannoun's private practice focuses around specialist assessment and treatment for back pain, musculoskeletal conditions, and sports related injuries with special interest in ultrasound and CT guided pain management.

He also undertakes specialist extensive screening of joints, tendons, and the spine as part of his special areas of interest. Not knowing if there is any abnormality in your musculoskeletal system leaves you exposed to potential and unnecessary injury and pain. Screening and taking the necessary steps per advice from the medical specialist has been shown to reduce the risk of injury even before you develop symptoms.

Dr Jannoun sees patients of all levels and differing sporting activities, from the recreational and professional athlete to the international and Olympic athlete. He served as a Consultant Sports Physician at the 2012 London Olympics and Paralympics working in a team of leading doctors covering the Judo and Wrestling tournaments and was also based at the Olympic Village Polyclinic looking after the athletes attending with various injuries incurred during the games.

Dr Jannoun also undertakes various nonclinical leadership roles within his clinical governance and clinical service delivery role. He is on the Medical Advisory and Clinical Governance Board at the UME Harley Street Medical Centre and is also a member of the General Medical Council Specialist Application Panel. He examines and appraises other senior Consultants and is a valued and respected member of both Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine (FSEM UK) and the Spine Intervention Society (SIS).

He teaches and lectures both nationally and internationally to a wide audience in Musculoskeletal and Sports and Exercise Medicine. He has live abroad and travelled the world and speaks English, German, Arabic, and French. He is a keen sportsman. You will find him outdoors after work and during the weekend either walking his dogs or playing tennis, windsurfing, or running and on the slopes skiing in the winter time.

Mr Mohamed Ahmed

Mohamed Ahmed

Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon | London

Mr Ahmed is a Spinal Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, having previously worked as a spinal consultant in Norway. He has undertaken a Fellowship in Spinal Surgery at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff.

He gained experience in all aspects of spinal surgery, including deformity, anterior and posterior spinal surgery fusion, minimally invasive surgery, XILF, micro discectomy and decompression, spinal injection techniques, sacroiliac joint fusion, endoscopic discectomy and decompressions.

In his spare time, Mr Ahmed enjoys spending time with his family. In his free time, he enjoys to play Basketball.
