Dr Dermot O’Flynn is an experienced and highly trained General Practitioner with an interest in the benefits of fasting. He has done some original stem cell research and runs a retreat on fasting in Brazil.

Mr Caspar Aylott is a Consultant Spine Surgeon in London. He has extensive experience in all types of orthopaedic and spinal problems. Outside his direct clinical work Mr Aylott is passionate about high quality teaching, delivering many relevant, interesting and engaging talks.

Mr Syed Aftab is a Consultant Spinal Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Royal London (Barts Health NHS Trust). He has been pioneering the iMAS technique in the UK, using micro access techniques and believes that the best outcomes for patients can only be achieved when decisions are carefully considered within a multidisciplinary team. 

Mr Bob Chatterjee is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, Chief of Spinal Surgery at The Hospital of St John’s & St Elizabeth's and Spinal Development Lead at The London Clinic. He is also Clinical Director of Harley Street Spine.

Dr Tabish Saifee is a Consultant Neurologist at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square, where he sees patients with movement disorders, and at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust where he runs a Neurology service seeing patients with acute and general neurological disorders.

Dr Nigel Kellow is a Consultant in Interventional Spine at Wellington Hospital Spine Unit in London. He specialises in urgent triage and treatment for spinal and neurological problems, and treats patients with persistent problems following surgery. He works closely with spinal and neurological surgeons across the South East.
