Mr John Sutcliffe is Lead Clinician at the London Spine Clinic, specialising in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of complex spinal conditions. As the clinic’s triage consultant, he manages complex spinal referrals and undertakes treatments including spinal injections, steroid injections and spinal blocks, coordinating multidisciplinary care pathways where needed. A consultant neurosurgeon since 1993, he previously led the neurotrauma service for the UK’s first helicopter emergency medical service, treating head and spinal trauma. He founded the London Spine Clinic in 1996 and pioneered a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to spinal care, covering treatments from physical therapy and podiatry through to major spinal surgery.
